Brett and Kate McCay came to a MovNat workshop hosted by Urban Movement at Studio Fitness, and they wrote a review about their experience. Cameron Pratto and Danny Clark were the teachers. Brett and Kate introduced themselves as being "the couple that runs the website, The Art of Manliness." Well, Kate did...Brett didn't have much to add at first, but he opened up a bit more as the course went on. They were great students and blended in good even though there were taking pictures here and there.
