Class Structure

Kids and Middles classes are 75 minutes. Teen and Adult classes are 90 minutes. This is what a typical class layout looks like.

:00-:05 - Dexterity & Mobility
:05-:20 - Warm Up Exercises
:20-:50 - Techniques & Routes
:50-:60 - Open Training
:60-:70 - Cool Down Stretching
:70-:75 - Breathing & Meditation
90-Minute classes expand on each section.

Our Approach

We love beginners! You have to start somewhere. We’re not a “normal” gym. We mostly teach people how to move like we did before there were gyms. We're constantly developing and experimenting. Our toolset is ever-expanding. It is our passion to share the process.

It's common for us to draw from multiple methods and modalities like Art Du Deplacement (Parkour & Freerunning), Natural Movement, Ido Portal, Fighting Monkey, Animal Flow, Gymnastics, Yoga, Martial Arts, Dance, Acrobatics and more. Start in any class!
