Each Urban Movement training session is like a work of art. For Kids ages 7-9 and Middles ages 10-12, this is the coolest class in town! Real-world physical training, mindfulness and skill development for children. We love beginners, so no experience is necessary. 

Our programming has a standard outline that each coach delivers with their own style. We often split the group first by age and then by skill level. Every student earns different movement skills by demonstrating the capacity to efficiently (not just effectively) perform the deconstructed pieces that make up each skill. 

There's always an element of challenge and discipline to each class. We have some basic rules to follow, but there's also a level of unpredictability that's built in simply because everyone is different, and we like to go with the flow. 

The 7-9 age group is taught a little less strict and a bit more playful. We progressively infuse more discipline and dig a little deeper the older our students get, but we're always trying to have fun and enjoy training.
