"Ever since I was a little kid my dad influenced me to try every sport imaginable from soccer, to bicycling, and martial arts. I did track/cross country for most of my teenage years. In 2007 I saw parkour for the first time like most do from a YouTube video but never thought I would ever be able to move like that. Two years later I saw parkour again on a tv show called Seattle Jump and fell in love with the movement. After one year of training solo I decided to research parkour in my area and found Houston Parkour what was soon to be Urban Movement. I did as many workshops, open gyms, and certifications as I could to get more involved. After a few years I was asked to join the Umove team and have been teaching, learning, and growing ever since." - Orlando Tehuitzil
