Group Class Schedule


Urban Movement teaches unique, challenging, skill-building classes. Our diverse offerings are programmed in a way to provide you with a mindful, balanced and sustainable practice.

Consistency is key. We recommend training with us at lest twice per week. Every class is open to all skill levels and abilities. Beginners are most welcome.

We categorize our classes mostly based on age. KIDS: Ages 6-12. ADULTS: Ages 13-60+. After everyone starts with a warm up together, depending on the class type and group size, most sessions are split into different age and skill levels. Then, after a little open training we will cool down together at the end.

We offer multiple class times and payment options in order to fit your specific budget and lifestyle.
