Urban Movement teaches unique, challenging, skill-building classes. Our diverse offerings are programmed in a way to provide you with a mindful, balanced and sustainable practice. Consistency is key. We recommend training with us at lest twice per week. Every class is open to all skill levels and abilities. Beginners are most welcome.
